Erik and Carolina have done a fantastic job in preparing travelers through their online videos, their departure walkthroughs, and being responsive when questions come up during the trip. The custom travel manual in the RV was very helpful.

THEY COVER ALL THE BASES! I don't think I clean my house as well as these RV's are cleaned and I'm OCD about sanitary! Everything was clean fresh, and the welcome gift bag had every anyone could have asked for!

Great experience working with RV Great Lakes on my trip. The coach was pristine and in like-new condition. Every detail and contingency was covered by the owners, Carolina and Eric, who were super helpful, responsive, and courteous.
